Creative process
Concept

"I simply draw inspiration from daily observations and experiences. My style is heavily influenced by anything vintage and Afrocentric, too colorful, unexplainable, or plain "weird". You'll notice that many of my designs, from the drawings to the jewelry, are inspired in particular by ideograms and abstract notions. Because of this eclectic approach, my creations represent various concepts ranging from historical events and cultural figures to imaginary symbolisms." - Nene
 

Every single nenedoesstuff wearable art piece is delicately made by hand – no two pieces are truly identical.
Within a pair of earrings, each component will present unique characteristics.

Materials

Our art defines itself as fluid and timeless, therefore durability is key for us.
We want you to comfortably and constantly wear our work, so we ensure that the metals we use are of the highest quality, are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.
All of our jewelry pieces are created using Gold-filled, Sterling Silver, or Titanium wire.
Gold-filled:

Our policies

Shipping 

Please allow 3-7 days for your order to be shipped.
Delivery time will depend on your destination; it usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic shipping and 15 business days for international shipping.
Note that more intricate designs/custom works will require longer production times. 

You will be sent your tracking number along with an estimated delivery time as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are handmade-to-order, you may notice minor variations from one purchase to the next. If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
We will accept returns of any unused jewelry within two weeks of receiving your order; any return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
You'll be issued a refund as soon as we receive your return.

You are able to request exchanges for your returned items, as long as there is no variation in price.

Custom orders are non-returnable.
 

Order Cancelation
To cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of submitting the order. Cancelations are no longer possible after the order is shipped.

After review of your request, we will contact you to discuss the customization process and provide a quote.
Once the customization work request is confirmed, we will create the order, and production will begin after we receive your payment.
